This is the 7th year we have produced and honored independent blues artists with the Independent Blues Awards. The voting this year has broken all records and was the largest voting participation since we began.
As always we believe that not only are the winners worthy of acknowledgment we also believe all the nominees have earned their place as well. This is why under each of the winners banner is a bar that you can click on that allows you to see all the nominees in this category as well as being able to listen to their releases and body of works on Spotify. We strongly suggest you listen to the winning artists as well as the nominated artists and add them to your playlists.
Nobody gives you the opportunity to listen and explore artists both during and after the voting for the awards. We firmly believe it is important to support indie blues artists!
As we get back to touring again, this will also give you the opportunity to check out these artists and when they come to your town you can make it a point to head to a show!
