Wow ! the beautiful thing about hearing new music is the absolute joy it brings to your heart. “That was the overwhelming feeling i had when hearing the music of Johnny In The Basement band; they hail from Long Island New York and their guitarist, songwriter and larger-than-life personality, Will Bart is such a joy to speak with. The way he talks about music, you can tell this is a man on a mission, and his religion is rock n roll. Join us to hear the story of the boy from Long Island who has a dream that I know is going to come true in spades.

Luther Dickinson invited Bart to attend Roots Rock Revival, a musical paradise in the Catskill Mountains started by Butch Trucks, Oteil Burbridge, Luther & Cody Dickinson. This was a turning point for Bart when he realized he could develop a rolodex as lengthy as the day is long filled with not only Grammy-nominated musicians but some of the most talented new names in the scene today.

Now attending RRR on an annual basis, learning from John Medeski, Johnny Vidacovich, Tom Guarna, Nikki Glaspie, Rev. Jeff Mosier, Oteil, Luther & Cody has opened the door to the network in which JITB can operate.
