Ben Reel is this week’s guest on the Turn it Up interview. Back in 1985 when Bruce Springsteen played Slane Castle a 13 year old boy from Silverbridge Co Armagh knew what he wanted to do for the rest of his life . Write and play his own music and tour around the world. All those years later that young boy has made the dream come true. On his latest album “The Nashville Calling “the role of bass player was none other than Gary Talent the bass player with the legendary “E Street Band”. Little did that boy from Silverbridge realize that day in Slane when he attended the Bruce Springsteen concert, that one day he would work with the bass guitarist from that legendary band, that inspired him to start his journey in the world of music all those years ago.
