The Blues Foundation has modified it’s Rules for the International Blues Challenge in an effort to insure a fair competition and to allow for the greatest diversity. 

The International Blues Challenge is the largest gathering of the Blues Industry with both professional and amateur blues artists from around the world. Each year the these Blues artists come to compete and showcase their music and artistry in Memphis Tn.
